5/20/08 Two versions of my song "I'm Comin' to Get You" are in tomorrow's episode 6 of MTV's 'Real World Hollywood'. The Deep Trouble Hip-Hop remix is one of the episode's featured songs and the original Breakbeat mix can be heard later during a club scene. It begins airing at 7pm PST/10pm EST.

4/23/08 My Hip-Hop track "Take It Easy" is in today's episode 2 of MTV's 'Real World Hollywood'. It's also in the soundtrack to episode 8, airing at the beginning of June.

4/7/08 "Spy Game", one of my unreleased Breaks tracks, is in the soundtrack to episode 6 (Prank Wars Part 1) of 'Bad Girls Club' on Oxygen. The episode already started airing and you can catch it tomorrow at 1pm PST/4pm EST.

No limited-use DRM rubbish and lower prices to boot. Woo-hoo!!! So, to celebrate freedom for the masses and to bring my prices in line with the new reality, all of my songs are now available for $.88 each.

9/5/07 So far this season, I've had music in every episode of Court TV's 'LA Forensics'. Tonight's episode 'Chinatown Widow' features me a little more than normal, though. Two of my tracks are the background music for the episode intro, a new unreleased Drum 'n Bass track of mine called "Frantic" ends the episode, and music from my "Sub-Urban" and "Turn It Up" CD's are featured, including "Under Attack", "Pulse" and "I'm Comin' to Get You (Redshirt Remix)".

7/17/07 I just released a Drum 'n Bass remix of my single "Calcutta Express". It has the same vibe as the original, but a fast and furious break and some aggressive synths replace the 4-on-the-floor beat of the Trance version.

It's an Industrial Rap/Rock remix of my original Breaks track "I'm Comin' to Get You" that'll get you ready to drop the hammer and kick some serious butt. It's already received some TV time, being used in the soundtrack to five episodes of 'Combat Zone' on the Discovery Channel and Military Channel.

6/9/07 I had a really interesting project come up this week. I was asked to create music for the station ID for The Big Ten Network, a new cable sports network launching in August by Fox and the Big Ten Conference to televise Big Ten college sports. You know how networks have these 10-15 second mini-commercials to let you know what channel you're watching? The old peacock and "ding, ding, dong" music on NBC or the "This is CNN" bit on CNN? Yeah, that sort of thing. I have no clue yet whether or not my theme will end up being picked. My guess is they asked a hand full of composers to create themes for them to pick from. But we'll see... It was a fun project no matter what happens. Most of us musicians don't usually think in terms of getting a musical idea across in 10 seconds or less, so being put on the spot to do that was stressful but fun. Keep your fingers crossed for me. I'll spread the news if my little ditty makes the cut.

6/4/07 The first of my weekly releases is now available on my "Music" page. It's a Breakbeat track called "Funky Bot". Mix a little droid with some funky juice and BOOM! This is what you get. Oh, and check out tonight's episode of 'Combat Zone' on Discovery's Military Channel at 9pm ET/PT. I wrote a bunch of the ominous, tense sounding music in the show.

6/2/07 Now that the download store is up an running, it's time to release some new tracks! I have a bunch of stuff in the pipe, so I'm going to try to release a new track each week until early August. I'm not sure if I can get everything done to stay on schedule, but I'm gonna give it a shot. Look for the first release this week.

Mixmag.net is the online version of one of the world's biggest clubbing and dance music magazines and includes a download store. 4clubbers.net is one of the most respected British clubbing sites. Turbo Music is a German underground and indie music store. And DJ Download is the download store of DJ Mag, Europe's top DJ magazine.

5/16/05 A number of Druu's tracks have made the top download lists at EDM Digital. The three versions of "I'm Comin' to Get You" have the top three spots on the Nu-Skool Breaks list and two tracks from 2004's Sub-Urban release, "Journey" and "Never Stop Moving" have the number 5 and number 6 spots on the Trance list.

Domination, the first single from Druu's EP, Sub-Urban, hit college radio yesterday on TylerC's Fiberglass Fidelity show on University of Wisconsin, Madison Radio 91.7FM. Fiberglass Fidelity hits the airwaves Monday afternoons 5-6pm Central Time. WSUM also streams over the web at wsum.wisc.edu.

The man REALLY needs to find a new career this coming November.
